The SFSTRA are residents, hosts, local businesses, and other advocates who understand and protect the rights of homeowners to responsibly rent their properties, who believe in fair and reasonable regulations of short-term rentals, and who depend on the value that private hosting brings to the Santa Fe economy.
Santa Fe Short-Term Rental Alliance is 501(c)(6) organization registered with the Secretary of State of New Mexico.

Short-term rentals are essential to the economies of Santa Fe and New Mexico. In 2019 alone, short-term rentals contributed $59.2 million in visitor spending at local businesses, $13.4 million in taxes, and so much more to our community.
